Barnevelder Chick (Unsexed)

Breed Characteristics: Double Laced Barnevelders are beautiful, lovely-natured pure breed hens that lay dark brown eggs. They are happy free-ranging or in a run.

Barnevelder chicks cannot be sexed at hatch, so there is an equal chance that chicks may be male or female. Do not purchase unsexed chicks if you are unable to keep or rehome cockerels.

Chicks are sold from one day old to two weeks of age. They are health-checked before being sold. If you have concerns about a chick you have purchased, please contact us immediately. We offer a 48 hour return period wherein we will take back the chick and swap it for a suitable alternative if available or issue a refund for the price paid.
